Am I Ready For Some Rugby?!!!!

I am watchin' a good movie on tv on the Lifetime Movie Network. I saw part of it last night, but I wanted to see the entire thing. LMN replays their night movies over again in the earlier part of the next day. I like that in case I do miss something that I want to see. The ending on this movie is the part I didn't get to see. I will type a little more until it gets to that point. I love LMN. They show some great movies that I love and have handsome stars to die for--like John Stamos!!! Wow! Talk about livin' vicariously, lol. Here it is! Hold on a moment...(several minutes pass) Ok. I'm back again. That was a very good movie with a surprise endin'. I enjoyed it.
Last night I chatted with D for a couple of hours. No one else showed up for the chat. Hmmmm... D and I had a good talk. He and W are back together again now, takin' it slowly. D is happy and I am also happy for him and W.
D enjoys rugby rather than football. I have heard of the game but have never seen it. I checked TVGuide.com and found that a rugby game will be on today at 4 PM and I plan to watch it so that I can see what D is talkin' about. I hope it's easier to understand than football, hahahaha! D and his family enjoy playing rugby a lot. I'm excited to know that I will get to see it played today. D assures me that I will enjoy the game of rugby just as much as I do football and much in the same way, yahahahaha!
I have decided to take some time off from the message boards. I wrote about doin' this in an earlier entry, and I have begun to follow through on what I said I was going to do. I feel better already. I think sometimes that the message board is like a movie on tv or a book that I get too involved in. Now and then I have to turn off the tv too and collect my thoughts. My imagination runs wild with fantasy spurred on by what I see on tv or read about in a book. So I have to try to control myself, especially over football commercials! Hahahaha!
I am gettin' excited over the idea of beginnin' a new exercise program with the stationary bike I received for Christmas. I can watch tv and ride the bike. That sounds like a plan to me!!!
D has changed the name of the lobster psychiatrist in his stories to Dr. Sigmund Lobster! Very cute. I like it. LOL. We had first discussed the name: Dr. Phil-ster, but I noticed that D called him Dr. Sigmund in a post about him.

I have been watching the rugby game now for nearly an entire hour. So far it seems easy enough, but there are things that are done that I'm not clear on yet. It seems like there are a lot of busted noses happening. Looks pretty rough from that angle. At least in football the faces of the players are protected. They don't wear helmets in rugby. Makes me hurt to see blood coming from the heads of those beautiful guys! I just wonder if Americans ever play rugby on tv?

Oooo...Wow! The game is over between the Warriors of New Zealand and the Roosters of Sydney, Australia. The winners at 30 to 8 are the Roosters!! Wow! I think I can get into this game! That was good! Didn't seem like there was as much time wasted between plays like there is with American Football. I didn't actually have a favorite this time since this is the first time I've watched the game, but the guys in white--the Roosters--were quite impressive. I just realized that this is the last rugby competition of 2002. And Australia won the major trophy!!! This was good!!! I enjoyed it!!! Can't wait to see the next game! Thanks, D, for introducing me to rugby by telling me about it. I appreciate it so much!
Wow, those guys really get into it! They bust heads and pull off the clothing of the competitors! One of the Rooster's even had his shorts jerked almost completely off of him by one of the Warriors, hahaha! Belle nearly dropped her glass of ice tea from the excitement of that one, yahahahaha!!!! Go, Roosters! Great bodies!!! Ni-i-i-ce shorts! Belle even managed to enjoy the game! Alright!!!
