The Saga of Matt and Belle
Matt has split from his longtime girlfriend, Odessa Whitmire. I haven't quite decided how I feel about that yet. A less realistic fan who thinks Matt Damon is truely hers only, would probably be turnin' backflips over this bit of information. But, bein' the realistic person that I am, I know that Matt will never belong to me in a zillion years. Unless I go to bed tonight and should wake up to find that I have been transformed into a glamorous movie actress, lol, which would be nice, but again unrealistic.
But think of the possibilites if I were some stunnin'ly beautiful actress with my pick of men! I have, lol. It's an interestin' daydream. And which man would I go for out of all the sexy men in the world??? Why, Matt--of course! Need you even ask? Hahahaha. I have this recurrin' dream...
...of Matt and Belle together. Imagine the possiblities. These other silly women think they have to have it all, a man and a career. Not Belle. No way, hon. Belle wants all of her attention and energy to be focused upon the man of her dreams. Forget the career! Matt will be Belle's career. Goin' to Prague with Matt to keep him warm in that quite chilly country while he films "Brothers Grimm". Belle would take very good care of Matt and she wouldn't be the least bit jealous of his friendship with Ben Affleck either like J-Lo is. Why be jealous? The more (men) the better in Belle's thoughts. J-Lo just hasn't thought it out very well. Are Ben and J-Lo together or not? The world's best kept secret is still secret I guess. And I would tell you more of the currently on-goin' daydream of Matt and Belle but I don't want to steam up the computer screen. You know, Belle's imagination is a sweet little thing. Oh yeah....
Anyhow, what I'm undecided about are my feelings about the matter of the break up between Matt and Odessa. Realistically speakin', I hope that Matt will prove to be the kind of husband and father that I envision him as bein'. That means that I would be happy to see Matt married and happy to some lucky lady. I'm not a bit jealous of whoever that lucky lady might be. I just want Matt to be happy. And I'm not bein' magnanamous about this. Only realistic. After all, I am Matt's fan, meanin' that I want him to succeed in all he does even at marriage--even if it's not to Belle.
Tuesday will be the day for my first eye laser surgery. The time set for the surgery is 12:35pm. Not, 12:30, lol. That is so funny and the nurse laughed and told me that they won't be upset if I show up five minutes early, hahaha. The doctor told me that the actual surgery will only take about 10 minutes and then my eye will be bandaged for a day or so, but I will be able to return home, which will be to my mother's home until I can drive which, hopefully, will be the next day, but one never knows.
I've begun usin' prescription eye drops that will somehow prepare my eye for the surgery. Don't ask me what the drops actually do, for that I don't understand. i have to put a drop in four times a day until the surgery. The nurse gave me a list of dos and don'ts for the day of surgery which includes wearin' a button up blouse or top the day of the surgery. If I wear something pull over they will ask me to change. Ok. I have no idea what this is for either. I can imagine a few things like maybe needing to monitor the heart maybe by attaching probes. I have no idea.
Also I'm not to eat or drink anything after 6am the mornin' of the surgery. That's kind of par for the course.
I'm readin' another Robert Ludlum novel and have downloaded another one. I also have a third one comin' in the mail this week from Amazon.com. I hope that I can read ok after the surgery. My aunt had cataract laser surgery and she had a very difficult time adjustin' to the light aftewards. Man! I hope I can see to be on the ocmputer after it's over. If not I may not be makin' another entry here for several weeks. Maybe I can wear some sunglasses to help with the glare. That's what she did.
I have totally gotten into readin' ebooks. Especially now that so many good ones are available and especially ones by Mr. Ludlum. One of his books is in a reader form that I don't have called "secure palm reader". I have tried to find what this is but so far haven't. I know what a palm reader is, but there are different kinds of palm readers and unless the exact kind they advise the ebook won't open. I know this because I made the mistake of buyin' an ebook that opens with the secure palm reader and because I didn't have the correct kind of palm reader...well, you know the rest. Just luckily I only payed about $5 for the ebook. So...I ordered the same book in paperback from Amazon.com. I just hope I can read it when it arrives.
Mr. Ludlum writes books sometimes as series. This one comin' from Amazon is one of the series called "The Covert One" series. So since I've already purchased book 4 of the series I decided I needed to get the other books and book three is not even avalable at all as far as I can find out. I don't know why. Maybe I will check out Mr. Ludlum's site and see if I can get it from there in one form or another. I just hope it's not one available only in palm reader too.
