How-DEEEE!
I went 24 hours yesterday without sleep and finally conked out right at 8 pm and even a bomb might not have awakened me until 9 am. I was exhausted! LOL. But it sure felt good to get a full night of sleep. I may have to do that again sometime. Maybe I've been tryin' to get more sleep than I really need for one night, I don't know.
HB, the cat, is sittin' outside on the front porch lookin' in. She really wants to be outside even though she looks inside once she's out there, lol. She stands by the door until I let her outside. But she also likes to run in and out. She's worse than a kid about that. She just came in and got some food for lunch and no sooner went outside before she was back at the door standin' up on her hind legs, which is her way of saying, "Let me in again." But I told HB she has to stay outside for awhile now. She can't just run in and out constantly. As soon as the neighborhood kids start runnin around playin', she'll be all excited and have somethin' to watch. Then she'll be content.
It's pretty outside today here in Tennessee. Sun is shinin', birds singin', grass and weeds are growin'....well...almost pretty, lol. I had a chicken sandwich from Krystal restaurant today for lunch and a coke. They make some fine chicken sandwiches there. I have bought chicken from places like Papa John's Pizza and some kind of seasonin' they use makes me have an allergic reaction and I break all out in big red splotches and itch. I take two or three Benedryls and the reaction clears up, but then I fall asleep because I've over dosed myself, lol. The chicken from Krystal is ok. No reaction so far.
I finally figured out how to get the little free recordin' device to work that I got from an audio book club I joined. The device is called Muvo (move oh) and I can download things directly from my computer to it. I found out that I can record music MP3's on it fine but can't get the audio book I purchased to download 'cause either the book or the device is in the wrong format. What do those people think I am? A computer genius or somethin' that I should know how to figure all this stuff out on my own? LOL. Too bad all these gadgets don't come with a person to install it for ya, or at least a couple of sedatives for after my nerves get shot all to bits over it.
All this brain activity has caused me to have a deep need for...
...or a good cry.
