All I Want For Christmas Is Matt !!!!
I just received a very nice email from my good friend, Xtine. She sent me a little holiday greetin' that just lifted my spirits and made my day. Thank you so much, Xtine. It was a cute little card with a little squirrel all cozied up on a tree limb takin' a nap. I will post a copy of the picture of the little squirrel here for you to see it.
We are expectin' to get a little bit of snow here tonight. I think it's supposed to only be a dustin' of powdery stuff, but *sigh* that's what it was supposed to have been last year at this time when I got iced in for like three months solid.
I heard that doctors have come up with an interestin' little invention that they can insert into a woman's spine that will allow her to have an automatic orgasm whenever she pleases...um....yeah uh....Where do I go to get in line for this sweet little device?
Matt Damon has finished up the filming of "Stuck On You" and that movie will begin showing in theatres in the US on December 12th--next Friday. Of course I probably won't get to see it until it comes out on pay-per-view or is released on vhs or dvd, especially if it snows like it did last year.
I have begun writin' to a young gentleman named A who is in my family. He is all of 14 years old. He has some problems with readin' and gets down (as we all do) when things don't go the way he would like for them to go. Bless his heart. He and his family are living in a northern state (above the Mason-Dixon line) right now although they are originally from here in the south. A was born here in Tennessee. We send each other emails. I try to keep them short sort of like his are so that he won't have too much trouble reading them. I try also to keep my words as simple as I can for him. It is surprising that many people have trouble reading. It's not just a sporadic thing, but is very common. Bless his little heart, I am just crazy about A. He is a real cutie too and a sweetheart.
My sister, C, fixed me up a Christmas Matty picture to use on DL and emails. I sent her a favorite photo of Matt and she did the graphics and sent it back to me. I will share it here.
All I want for Christmas is....
My eyes are both doin' fine. I can see fantastically out of them both followin' the laser surgery at Loden Vision Center. I told the doctor that I'd written about the center in my online journal and he was all excited over the idea and wanted to see what I'd written. He had never heard of online journals before I told him about them. Who knows? Maybe I gained DL a new member.
My mom is doing much better too now. The episode she had a couple of weeks ago was due to her sugar level dropping off too low. So she's eatin' more now and hopefully won't have another one of those again.
Matt is now into the movie "The Bourne Supremacy" the second in the Bourne series. There are three novels in the Bourne series by Robert Ludlum. I hope that eventually the third one will be made into a movie. It's called "The Bourne Ultimatum". I've got all three novels in paperback here at home and have read them. Franka Potente who played "Marie" in "The Bourne Identity" is going to be in this next one too. I like her. She seems like a really good actress. I remember reading somewhere that Matt has now been so identified with Jason Bourne in the mind of the public that it would be hard for any other actor to take up the role. I thought that was interesting to read.
Oh! I also found a little radio clip from the Internet that has an interview with Matt on it. Here's the link to the site and you can click beneath the photo of Matt to hear the interview live. I thought it was adorable when they had Matt do his "dog voice" as if he were speaking to his dog which he doesn't own since he is away so much of the time, lol. I thought it was absolutely darlin'!
Congratulations to L who became a first-time mom yesterday! She had a little girl who has been named Trinity. We know who that's after, don't we? I renamed my stuffed bear Matt too.
I haven't seen the second Matrix. I think it's called "The Matrix Reloaded". But I see it's showin' right now on ppv, so I may catch it in a few days and record it onto dvd. Hey, maybe I could make copies of it and send it to my friends for Xmas, lol. Good one, Belle!!! Yeah, I thought that'd get a laugh.
